All of our products go through a rigorous process. As a Microsoft Third Party Registered Refurbisher, we are required to adhere to strict standards of quality for our refurbished computers. ALL computers are fully documented, updated, and quality tested. ALL of our refurbished computers come with a brand-new unique Windows 10 COA, and are installed with a fresh copy of Windows 10 AND fully up-to-date drivers. Our items are graded based on cosmetic and functional condition.

This grading scale is based on the R2v3 standards for recycling and reuse. Perfect condition, with no cosmetic imperfections - No scratches, scuffs, or faded coating - No signs of use whatsoever - Like-new, open-box. Nearly perfect condition - Signs of light use - Dust or fingerprints present - Light signs of wear from usage. Used condition - Minor Scratches and Scuffs - May have 1 or 2 hairline cracks that are not easily noticeable - Small chips in body/housing is ok. Heavily used condition - Housing/body damage that does not impede normal functions - Chipped corner, deep scratches, scuffs, faded coating on body, palm rest, trackpad, etc.

More than reasonable wear and tear - Scratches or scuffs on the lcd/screen, but no LCD cracks. Fully functional - All hardware is tested manually or with diagnostic software and verified working. No missing or damaged components or parts. Software not loaded or configured.

Data sanitized or free of data storage media. Partially Functional - Software/OS may not be loaded or configured.

Hardware required for testing functionality may have been removed e. May be missing components or parts not essential to key functions.

Secondary functions may not be tested or working. All missing components or parts will be listed for each item. We document any and all flaws for each listing.

We try to research and report on each item as best we can, but we generally DON'T try to repair these items. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a. We are always available for communications during these hours.

If you have any problems come to us first, we want to make it right. Are you a specialty repair shop? We are always looking for new ways to bring discarded goods into the hands of those that want them! We will take actions in the case that you forgo paying or take longer than three (3) days.
