NOTE that I also have a listing for REPAIR for addl. NOTE that you will need a 1/2 chisle AND a Torx T5 screwdriver to do the job yourself.
You can also search YouTube videos for. It maybe slightly easier to pry open the case if the bad battery bloated up. See attached pictures of case cracked open a bit, after removing the Torx screws, or by bloated battery. Not charging and/or bloated/distorted bottom of case.
